Excellent company to start out in and learn new things. Great learning and working environment

A typical day does not exist in the company. Things change between having multiple projects running and websites being built at the same time, to having all websites completed and/or launched. In those downtimes, then admin work and performance reviews and website maintenance is conducted. I've learnt to be a little more assertive and trust my instincts when it comes to doing some of the work on my own without being prompted.

Pros: Great work environment
Cons: No clear structure in the organisation
