A typical work day Work with a lot of people and reporting. Staff members were also expected to report. Permanently on your phone Operators easy to work with Travel 150 to 200km per day I have learned to motivate people and for them to stand there ground to get listened to by management. Some people are overlooked easily Some people get overloaded with work.

Pros: Staff easily trainable
Cons: Long working hours and not paid for.
