Gaining experience in customer service

Working at Ecko unlimited is helping me to be able to accommodate different personalities, interact with people. I am having a team that is made up of hard working people, who are goal driven and passionate about sale. I have learned how to metchndise, ring up sales, how to meet weekly and monthly targets, how to work under pressure, how to keep our store neat and organized. What I enjoy most about my work is putting a smile on a client by giving the best service, and that our team is not divided into groups. The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with a customer who has issues, how ever since well I customer is always right, I just humble myself.

Pros: Unfortunately they are no promotion or permanent position
Cons: 8 hours minimum and 10 maximum working hours

Comfortable working space

With my co workers we work as a team helping each other. I have learnt on how to communicate with people and solving problems I enjoy interacting with people and helping them meeting their needs The most challenging part is that my company lacks growth

Pros: I have only been promoted once and there is nothing further above my position
Cons: Working conditions are great
