There are no learning curves here.

It is a very nice place to work but unfortunately there is no communication between Management and other staff members. I have got a very good relationship wit my co-workers and I have learnt a lot here. I enjoy working with the old people and with the carers and the most challenging aspects of my position is to try and make them all as comfortable and have a lot of respect for them. It just a pity that they change your working hours without even consulting a person.

Pros: There is no possibilty of any promotions

It is a nice place to work for but they jealousy is getting me down.

It is a nice place to work and have leant a lot with working with frail care people ad love it but since they changed my working hours from 7 am to 7pm it is just not the same anymore. There is also a lot of jealousy within the staff and think that they are better than you.

Pros: There is no possibilty of any promotions

It is a nice place to work for but the y changed my working hours without even telling me. Got to work from 7am to 7pm. There is also no communication here as well

There are no learning curves here.

It is a nice place to work for but there are no perks and they just change things without even consulting a person. There is just no communication in this place. The more you give the less they appreciate it.
