Great learning experience

The amount of work that we deal with on a daily basis is extreme. We just don't have enough hours in a day to get through it all. Most work after hour from home. the great thing about the environment is its an open door company, the staff is friendly and great to work with. I love a good challenge and my job gives me that. most of the workers are at Sea, so there is only 9 people to do the office work and only 1 to do all the administration work.

Pros: I dont know of any
Cons: Too much work

I'm ready to move on

Everyone below management is Over worked. We are paid according to the work we do. We have no lunch breaks. Only Management has lunch. Unpaid overtime which should be paid for or rewarded. Extreme amounts of work for one person.

Pros: Free fish once in a while
Cons: Unappreciated
