For getting promotion or senior pist.

I a humble peron ad dedicated to my job. Im enjoying to take pressure and working independentl. In my job i was working with different which i enjoyed mst. I can work with any people as i ebjoyedm I was travelling most to different institution and dealing with different people and to different institions as a Project Manager and feedback to Monitoring Meetings.

Very much potential for carrer growth

The job is very much exciting as it is challenging and soul satisfying as a civil servant and results orientated. Everyday gives challenges based on the difficulties that the institution,hospital board members staff and or staff pose to the head office at the time.The relationship with the collegues and or co-workers.Have learnt that learnt that the more inclusive you take decision the better you succeed in the implementation,they one makes the civil happy the more satisfied the civil servant is.The most challenging aspects of the job is striving to make the civil and politicians happy at the same time

Pros: Great content from serving the civil
Cons: Akward working hours and always on standby

Excellent learning curve

I had gained alot of exprience in this past years.. Working under presure.. Team work . Custmer care and to always keep the customer happy .. At this point i doing 3 clerks work... Registering of clients. Retrieving files answering of calls, back aways, hospital booking,doctors bookings nd a whole lot more ; at times I dont take lunch cos its just to much... But trully i love my work.

Pros: no there aint any
Cons: straight hours
