There is a lot of new things i was able to learn at this company new computer systems and techniques

I liase with people on a daily basis, making appointments for my sales reps to meet clients I use my verbal communication skills to ensure clients are well informed of our product I send emails faxes receive documents arrange reps diaries, plan their routes and submit daily reports.

Pros: There is great earning potential
Cons: It is a long distance from where i live to get to work

ECB LEISURE

I am a reservation agent. I made bookings for Holiday club upgrade members using a points system. A normal day start at 6:30 by my desk preparing for my day ahead. First things first we communicate telephonically and via email. so i check my emails. To do your job is to provide answers to your customers requests and queries. Reports are drawn sent out to relevant departments. I work in a disciplined environment, listening skills a must, attention to detail, work pressure, deadlines, 100% professional this and more i deal with on a daily basis. being here has created a skill for the above. I am seeking better growth, corporately and financially.

Cons: no growth
