Very challenging day to day experiences, I am open minded I give everyone a chance to give out their views & opinions in their working environment and their relationship with me I try to make it as comfortable for them in a professional way,ive learnt not to discriminate or take things for granted every incident must be noted, i enjoy challenging myself into learning new things in this industry,challenging aspects would be working in a busy day when everyone is expecting you to be available to them and i enjoy taking responsibilities.

Excellent learning

Responsible for supervising a team and ensuring that duties are completed within strict timeframes. Developing a safe environment by adhering to all necessary health and safely requirements and legislation. Patrolling with other colleague as a team.

Excellent learning and growing area

Very busy days and very steict. Co-workers are very polite but strict working space. I have learned a lot of finance and client communication. A bit unorganized and do not also follow out changes in the business. Very prideful of what thwy do and who they are. Very competitive industry to be in.
