Excellent personal growth
A typical day at work is to manage machine operators on-site. Daily debriefing and scheduling and attending to the client's operational and other requests. There is not much interaction with co-workers due to the secluded location of the client site. I have learnt to be adaptable and flexible as I was performing several duties on a daily basis which does not typically form part of business development. I have mostly enjoyed the opportunity to save the clients time and money by optimizing their working at height operations. The most challenging aspects were the extensive travelling between Jhb and Rustenburg, not having enough operational support when needed and the lack of senior management interaction.
Pros: Great for personal development. Good exposure to perform and understand different roles (other than own). Good opportunity to showcase your creative selling skills.
Cons: Daily travelling between Jhb and Rustenburg. Lack of adequate operational and management support to back up sales commitments made to clients. Hard to define areas of responsibility to hold someone accountable.

It has been great working this company and I must be honest I learned a lot in working with teams and individualy and have improved a lot. I'm compilled with lots of skills that can be utilised in my future working place.
Pros: I'm great learner and always up for new challenges

Excellent learning curve
a typical work day will be working standard hours from 7 to 4 or 8 to 5. Customer service, complaint resolution and customer satisfaction. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt that the sky is the limit and that we deal with obsticles daily which challanges us to improve. I made the mistake of being overconfident in my abilities on a project one time, and didn't check in with my boss until the deadline was one day away. I learned to check in frequently and well ahead of deadlines on projects. The most challenging aspect of the job would be the busy demanding enviroment with deadlines and to focus on accuracy while trying to get the job done.

Excellent learning curve
My name is Nomsa Tibani, a 25 Years Old young lady from Johannesburg, Tembisa. I am an energetic, ambitious and enthusiastic person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I have undertaken or situation that I am presented with all throughout my financial studies. Very high pase industry
I really enjoy my job and every challenge that comes with it. But unfortunately there's no growth and I feel invaluable. There is no teamwork. They are only employing Indians and give more to them than Blacks.

I have excellent verbal and written communication skills, Strong administrative and report writing skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Ability to work under pressure. Able to display strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. I have developed excellent interpersonal communication skills and MS Package such as MS Word, Excel, Ms Power point, Ms Project and internet.
Pros: The company operate in a very good way to extent that everything run smoothly.

I learn fast to new things
I'm able to work long hours and work under pressure. Team work is my strength because I have to with others so that we can share some ideas on various aspects. Friendly and kind give me strength and opportunity to discover many things in life

Great people, excellent culture and warm environment
Its a good environment to work in. The culture diverse. My day doesn't start as busy. It's normally quite until the afternoon. Our crazy and busy days are around month end. My co-workers are the coolest. There has never been a time when we have stepped each other on our toes. I have enjoyed working with them. I have learnt to be patient all the time. I haven't had any challenges besides communication with people walking out of the office without letting me know but that was resolved in no time
