Hi I'm Tash....

Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. Executing and developing the businesses online media campaigns involving the use of video, blogs, forums, and other features that are commonly seen on social networking sites. Other daily tasks include : reading, monitoring and responding to the companies email, answering calls and liaising with clients competently, preparing correspondence on companies behalf, delegating work on behalf of the CEO absence, diary management, planning and organizing meetings, organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries, attending meetings on your boss's behalf, taking action points and writing minutes, planning and organizing events, conducting research,- preparing presentations, managing and reviewing filing and office systems, & managing projects

Pros: Its taught me to push myself further than I thought I could go
Cons: Unfortunately working in the food environment gets quite demotivating, as everyone has different taste, and everyone complains.

Have a qualification for this job,been in the industry for 15 years

I manage two sites and a staff of 10, i do administartion for both sites i communicate with clients for both sites i make the menu for both sites i buy and order for both sites challenging part is meeting the target on weekly basis i like that i deal with customers i want to learn the business side of the company

Pros: it is growing
Cons: does not want to pay well

I'm dedicated to my work and I'm fast learner.

Started working as a cleaner then I learnt how to use a till,worked at abreakfast bar making breakfast for the customers then I also worked at a salad bar.I find it very challenging to work with different customers and I also learned how to handle customers as it say that the customers are always right .

Pros: Started working as a cleaner, breakfast bar,salad bar and a cashier.
Cons: 7:00-16:00

Fast learner

I use to order stock, count stock. I had to make sure the kitchen staff always have enough stock so that we can deliver to other canteens. I did invoices, I use Microsoft Word & excel. Skills I have is: Good communication skills (verbal & written) Positive self-confidence Handiworker Good planning & organization Good time management Good team pleyer Thank you Mmasintle Stella Molefe

Good learning curve

I have learned how customer service is important and how is important to deliver good quality products, and also it is a very good environment to work at, there's lots of good communication skills between workers, 10 working hours and I have also learned to operate a site on my own and I have learned to reach company targets even though it was difficult to do so.

Time management its a very important aspect in a workplace

On a daily to daily work basis thers would be too much work to become but we device that in order to finish in time my relationship withmy co workers its good n the best communication ive learned how to work with poeple n how to communicate with other co workers.what I enjoyed most was learning to prepare new things everyday n how to manage my work...the most challenging aspects was to deal with angry coworkers

The time I spent at Eatfresh

I worked from branch to branch and I helped train the staff and made sure that they carried out the correct methods and the correct procedures. They were very compliant and eager to learn and I found their enthusiasm quite motivating and refreshing. I learnt a great deal of patience and to be highly organised all the time. I enjoyed designing and creating new menu's and teaching the staff how to carry out the methods of the recipes.

Pros: Monday to Friday, 8 to 5pm
Cons: Sometimes weekends

Good

great learning curve for general administration work. Stock control, handling of invoices, petty cash and data capturing. Management of staff, scheduling of lunch hours. Team building by introducing healthy competition with staff members and receiving incentives in accordance.

Pros: Long-term job seeker, fast leaner, active in day to day responsibilities.
Cons: Arthritis in affected joints, on strict chronic medication.
