Challenging learning curve

A typical work day is a day that you will be coming home without a sale and you come across people whom are difficult they don't want to listen to you when selling the product to them, as sales are like waves 3 months they will go up and after a month you drop the sales again the next month they shoot up. Share the challenges with co-workers so we can see how to overcome them in the future, Make the working environment conducive to everyone as 90% of our time we spend at work, so without Good relationship with co-workers you aren't going to enjoy coming to work or if you struggle with a client a co worker won't be able to assist you.

Wanting to move on

A typical work day involves going through my emails in the morning, making sure every email or query is dealt with or escalated. Then I will go to my meetings that i scheduled. My relationship with co-workers is great, we help each other where we can. We work hard and we play also. We will plan things together outside of the office also. I enjoy most is the interaction with clients, making sure they are happy and finalizing projects. Most challenging part of my job is the internal processes and politics, and i cannot be creative or think out of the box. I get shut down if im proactive or show creativity.

Learning curve and growth

I am currently employed at Easypay as a Test Analyst with Realtime Management, POS Systems and Postilion experience. My daily tasks/duties comprises of monitoring the POS connections on our two acquirers, configuring and installing new software patches, card data and manipulating test scenarios experienced in the production environment. Ensuring interchanges and connections are up and stable for customers to do there testing. My job position also includes project involvement and implementation of upgrading our EFT systems. I work as part of a team and I am capable of working on my own when given a task to do. I strive for customer satisfaction and accurate attention to detail when it comes to resolving issues. Goal and deadline driven. Love erp and application development. Learning new systems

A typical day would be to be called into new meetings for new requirements. To be available to document or review any processes. Assist project managers and test analyst. Drive to customers to understand thier requirements. Love the changing environment and the guys I work with.

Techilnical and Smartlife

I am honest ,hardworker ,punctual go getter and I work along with people, and a quick leaner.Am getting along with every person I meet on a daily basis. To work with people is the most thing I have ever I like .At work they see me as a bubbly person .I do have a good relationship with my colleagues and my employer. I was asked to drive people to different offices .Most job I do daily is clients services and target driven. I like a challeng at work as it gives me more experience as long as I get the proper training. I used to assist in cleaning some times if the cleaners is not in. I even ask from the boss if is the anything he wants me to do. I can do lot.
