Eye opening experience

the company is still finding its ground in market. promising but it is not align to ma long term plans. i am more into management style that a company is using than Job function. i so much believe a positive attitude can handle any task given. with management style, there is a lot that one can learn, from people to processes and procedures, also market positioning. with company i am working for now, they are still working towards that kind of branding.

Excellent learning curve

Good relationship with co-workers Enjoy doing my work there is no transparency between management and employees. learnt to be tolerant normal working hours don't adhere to labour law too much discrimination among employees
