Most of the products I had to promote was not available at the time of my call.

A Typical work day: call on Dentists and GP's to introduce Easy practice products to them. The products was mostly software related. Like an online ordering portal, a payment portal, I protect, a company that helps them to set up their practice in such a way that they could have an a tax saving of 30 %. and things like that.. My relationship with my co workers was good, and I have learnt that I would rather sell something I can be enthusiastic about myself, and I enjoy adding real value to my customers. The most challenging was to convince the client about the actual benefits to be part of Easy Practice, and to get appointments to see the clients.

Pros: I have earned a good salary, but I did not achieve the results I have wanted, due to the products that was not available.
Cons: Unfulfilled promises.

Not well structured need a marketing division and a clear business plan that is achievable. Fi

The concept if Easy Practice is great. But the financial sustainability is a major concern. Most oif the products offered are not in their final state of development and the income generated from subscribing is not enough to make the business. Profitable, Customer interest was not clise to what was exoected and branding and. Marketing was very low key.

Pros: Very accomidating CEO
Cons: Not enough leadership and structure that gives a feeling of longterm success

I am hardworking and dedicated to my work

I'm doing admistration work, compile charts, contact dr's for seminars, make appointments for Sals Rep to see Dr's and sell Easy Practice. i have a good relationship with my co workers, Company is still new and building up.

Pros: I can bring my skills what i have learn over the years, and gain more experience
Cons: i am used working long hours
