At my current work place I have created a positive work environment for me and my coworkers so as to always yelled good results as per our KPAs concern. A typical work day involves working with people of different characters and personalities thus requires a thorough and customer focus individual. I have learnt a lot and still incapacitating myself in terms of ICT as it is a very innovative industry. I currently work as a Desktop User Support technician and that includes first and second line support to departmental users ( broad experience). Most challenging aspects for this job would be that users require instant assistance for all calls logged on the system, but the system rate the call as per its priority scale.

Career summary

On a daily basis we do - Analysis and recommendations for fiscal framework for budget process of the province. - Conducting research reports and collects economic data, provide revenue generating policies in budget process of the province. - Regional economic data analysis and modelling applications to sector policy reviews. - Contribute to the development of own revenue generation strategy for implementation of departments to increase own revenue. Working well with co-workers is the essential part in the organisation. Doing research, analysing and making recommendations on public finances of the province is enjoyable.

Pros: Discipline in finances.
Cons: People borrowing money from you because of working in a finance department.

It great working for government, eorking to ensure that services are delivered to the people needing the services at the right time, place, required quantity and in the required quality of good or service.

Pros: Next level is either a Manager or Senior Manager
