Working with people every day gives you a great insight to yourself and how to deal with many different situation,thinking of your feet becomes natural skill and logic is your best friend. i have learnt a great deal here and with to continue to lean and expand and thus i am looking for a new career to further better and skill myself and offer my very best to my company .

Don't judge a book by its cover

Working at ECM is a fun stressful and interesting job your daily work has to be planned out ahead of time each hour counts for you. targets is a must but you also have some time for your own things when needed like fetching your child from school or having coffee with your clients out of work. We all work together and help each other when one is not available. From working with the company for so long most important thing i can take from it is to always be honest and keep people informed of what is happening. i enjoy everyday with my co workers because without them it wouldn't be the same to work for this company. The hardest part of the job is to convince the client that he will be getting the best vehicle but also the best service after his delivery.

Pros: meeting new and exciting people everyday
Cons: Weekends is a must work
