I would like to apply for the HR Recruitment job as I posses good communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, a polite demeanour and I pay attention to detail. My qualification includes Matric and a Human Resources Management N6 Certificate coupled with 4years working experience in a HR Department. I believe that I am ready to accept more responsibility. I am a diligent worker and take pride in my work and sure that I can make a positive contribution to the company.

Excellent
I started working at the college at the age of 23 years, I was young and not sure about the proffession. As years go by i started falling in love with it and im the love i have for my students who we4 once a nightmere to work is just amazing. I have learnt strategies to work well will both my students and collegues. To see my students graduate and get employment means a lot to me, it makes all the hardwork more worthit. I can never ask for better collegues this is true and coming from my heart those people are happy souls and i leant a lot from each and everyone of them.being a teacher honestly improved my selfesteem and confidence so much. I get to teach 5 classes with 30 learners for 50 minutes each group. It gets very busy during exam seasons with invigilation and marking. Being a teacher can be boring at times. I have been doing it for 8 years but i feel like i can't get to 10 years. I need new challenges, i wanna go back to the industry and learn more about the field i'm teaching.

I was working alone without supervision
I was working alone without supervision in June 2016 I have place 2 Automotive students at Algoa for work based exposure for 5 days and in January 2017 I received a call from plant manager of Algoa Toyota he was looking for 1 of students that I was placed there in June he offered that student a permanent employment under placement I am glad to change that student life
Pros: I like the job I did because I have changed students life by giving them chance to be exposed to really life which is work environment
Cons: During holidays I had to work under pressure looking for companies to place my engineering student

Great experience
I am a motivated, dynamic young man (age 30), who learns new things easily and works well with others, as well as in leadership capacity. I feel confident that I would be an asset to any IT company and any department. I am enthusiastic and eager to learn new things. Excellent Learning Curve
This was a great experience for me and taught me how to work independent and not being used to supervision in every task that I am presented with. Enjoyed working as a team In order to deliver good results. We also had those activities for team buildings and build the positive attitude between coworkers. Enjoyed new challenges and always performed at my best and improved my communication skills both verbal and written, great computer skills, numerical skills, fast thinker, hard worker. Duties that I performed included typing, printing, photocopying shredding, filing, laminating, emailing of documents. Creating and mentaining supplier database, requesting quotations, creating purchase orders, organizing catering and refreshments when needed, organize accommodations for coworkers when needed, attended to switchboard recieving calls and transferred them to the correct extensions. Booking boardroom for meetings when required and more

Being a Technician
Working at Eastcape Midlands College has been a realistic journey to me,working relationship with other employees is very healthy and challenging at times,when Users cannot understand technical & network faults in the network. The most fascinating drive is the daily issues that come along that needs different time frame and solutions. It is in such instance I learn as an IT personal how to handle myself in different instances of pressure. The challenging part with my work field is a character builder as to issue of network that's concurrent,in most cases it affecting more the marketing and finance department and those department are the drive of the institution.
Pros: Being the youngest technician with no supervision
Cons: Flexibility is expectation on workplace I embrace them

Excellent learning and development opportunity and Broad knowledge pool.
Interaction with students to discuss challenges and possible changes that need to be introduced to their particular program. Building lecture-student relationships and maintaining clear and positive communication. Advising lecturers on issues arising and ways to resolve them. I have learned to be neutral and be straight forward which regards to solving matters. I have learned conflict management skills which help me to deal which conflicts that develop between parties. I enjoy creating a conducive environment for learning and to identify conflicts before they arise. What challenges me most is being looked down upon because of my age and being seen as not ready to tackle tasks which are of most importance.
