Full function OD experience

I have a good relationship with my colleagues and perform the full function of OD at ERWAT. The company has recently been restructured and the organisational design aspect was part of the OD areas responsibility. Positions were also regraded and critical skills identified. A typical day at work is working with Engineering professionals and cross functional teams.

Learning curve

The company's main focus is wastewater treatment in the east rand area, all the domestic sewage of this area is being treated by east rand water, of which makes it the biggest or rather the largest wastewater treatment in the southern africa

Pros: They undermine employees
Cons: Normal working hours
