Not appreciation

There is not much to say. There is no room for growth. The employees complain daily but are stuck in a rutt and will not leave. There is no confidentiality between management and staff. Allot of medling in eachothers lives and very judgemental. Not fun to work there. Managed with an iron fist. Leave is dictated and management just never happy with efforts put in always only see tge negative

Pros: My only pro is that i took initiative to learn and grow
Cons: Unappreciated, no room for growth

Good in communication skills

Good working environment but limited opportunity to grow your self good in line of command and giving out best production candidates. Long hours but good shifts system

Short working hours has forced me to re look at other opportunities

I report directly to a foreman. Daily routine maintenance tasks are required both electrical and mechanical. I work with another electrician and have to communicate work done. We alternate and do standby duties. The challenges lately are hours that are reduced and financially making ends meat at home.

Pros: Great job but no scope for growth...
Cons: Long working hours and reduced working causes financial complications
