Great to work with new equipment

Reply to all mails while having coffee. Attend to all RFQ's and make sure they are given to the correct person to quote on. Keep RFQ register - quotes not to be sent more than 48 hours after RFQ in received. Uodate quote vs sales register. Keep maintenancce register on all client's cranes. 500 cranes on register. Keep register of all branch vehicles. Make sure all are serviced regularly, keep licencing documents up to date. Vehicle accident claims Do weekly vehicle checks. Toolbox talks Training matrix Keep all client's safety files up to date. Weekly safety audits Attand all safety meetings Staff PPE - no shortfalls Staff records kept secure and private and up to date Wages Wages complaints Petty cash All office requirements, eg. refreshments, stationary

Pros: Every day is a challenge
Cons: Far to travel, even though I have been travelling for some time now

My job experience

its a great company with a lot of potential but unfortunately things are not that financially stable at work. my day with my with co-workers we have our ups and downs over few minutes everything is done and dusted continue as if nothing has happen , we are a bunch assist where necessary and interlink with each other, the fact I got the opportunity to excel myself in any position I was able to do whether I had the qualification or not, like working as safety officer with no experience and qualifications

Pros: it gave me room to excell and grow in the company
Cons: monday to friday

Great to work with new equipment

Even in management positions, where I rule with a firm, but tender hand. I have learnt that everybody in the company is a link in the chain and very important. I also believe you should enjoy every minute at work, as you spend most of your life there. I love challenges, and go out of my way to sort things out. I do not mind assisting others when their work load is too much.

Hardworking and willing to learn new skills

I regard myself as a hardworking, neat, honest, cautious, patient and sociable person, with the willingness to learn therefore believing that I will make a valuable contribution to prospective employers.
