My working

Working at East London IDZ gave me a great opportunity to enter a market and it is a challenging job being exposed in several aspects such as recruitment, training and so on because sometimes you deal with difficult employees so I have develop some skills on dealing with employees I know how to handle them. I am good with my team because we share every opinion and come with great ideas. I am enjoying myself while I am working at East London IDZ especial on recruitment side I like that process a lot hearing candidate expressing him/herself in interviews and facilitating the interview sessions.

Pros: The are little opportunies because of the structure of the organisation
Cons: I work 9 hours a day but sometimes i work overtime if there is a load of work need to be done

Challenging and learning curve

I am an excellent administrator with enviable experience. I have acquired a wide range of skills across various organisations. I have worked as a Public Relations Receptionist for an Investment Promotion Agency that attracts Foreign Direct Investment to East London Thereafter I was a Personal Assistant and currently Administration Office to the Chief Operations Officer (COO). Where I hone me administrative skills. I am a hard-worker who brings passion and verve to the roles I play in any organisation. Prior to my roles above, I also worked as an administrator for a ground-breaking Science and Technology Park that aims to unleash the knowledge economy of East London. I currently reside in East London and have intentions of relocating to Cape Town to hone my skills. I have no criminal record. I am fluent in English and Xhosa and average in Afrikaans

I am a financial acoountant supoervising debtors accountant and financial administrator

I am working as a financial accountant , doing the following functions Preparation of financial statements Preparation of vat returns Preparation of monthly reconciliations Preparation of payroll accounts Payments Review bank reconciliations, debtors age analysis Supervise finance administrator and debtors accountant The company I am working under, its main core business is to develop industries or investments mostly for job creation. The financial statements are prepared in terms of IFRS. I enjoy preparation of financial statements. I work well with my colleagues.

Pros: There are few promotions as it is not a big company
Cons: 8 hours

Excellent working environment

It was a great place to work, with very friendly and welcoming colleagues. I have learnt that team spirit results in high morale hen e why the organization would achieve clean audits year in and year out. The work ethic is of a very high standard.

Pros: Great working experience
Cons: Few opportunities for becoming permanent
