Excellent working environment, with very little growth.

At our company we all have our individual duties. We work hand in hand with each other without supervision. Working accurately and timorously. We all have a good relationship like a family seeing that we all have been working together for a very long time. I've learnt that honesty and hardwork is most important in a work place. If everyone does what he or she must do then everything works out smoothly. Over the years I have not had much challenges and we overcome everything and all our work is handled smoothly. I always believe to be one step ahead of everything in the work place. I think the challenging part of my job is that there is no growth. As long as I work for this current company I will stay in this position forever.

Pros: Pleasant and calm work place.
Cons: No growth.

Great learning

Everyday you do something new,new challenges to get production going.Improvement and part quality should always be improved and tooling to be modified to make more maintenance friendly for future reference.
