I clearly already have extensive experience as a senior security risk manager, including previous experience of security projects-an area I’m particularly interested in. I enjoy managing multiple security projects simultaneously.

I have applied for this vacancy because it’s an excellent match for my skills and experience. And because it represents a challenge which I know and I will relish. I clearly already have extensive experience as a senior security risk manager, including previous experience of security projects-an area I’m particularly interested in. I enjoy managing multiple security projects simultaneously. I also enjoy overseeing and developing junior and assistant security risk management. I’m used to dealing direct with clients; developing productive working relationships with clients is definitely one of my strengths. This role of investigation is exactly the sort of role I’m confident I will be able to make a major contribution.

VERY GOOD

I’m a highly driven individual with extensive management experience acquired principally in security sector. Following completion of my national diploma in correctional security risk management which is equivalent to security risk management, I started my career in security officer and have worked my way up to become security manager. And I’m still studying to complete my degree in forensic investigation and hopping to complete it soon.

I'm learning each and every thing done by other employees who are not in the offices

I like that we have toolbox meetings every week, we are united as employees towards our needs at work such as safety and conditions of work. I've made friends with everyone that I've heard a chance to talk to, but some of the people who work in the offices are undermining a lot especially to people like me who are there through Agencies.

Pros: You get your promotion by studying for free if you're a permanent employee, that's how you promote yourself
Cons: I'm only working 9 hour

To build the strong relationship with co-workers it easy especially when you bring changes or solutions to their problems.I have learnt that ,we are not the same as people and we just have to leave with our differences to archive our goals.I enjoy going onsite and working with technicians because you get exposure of mechanical components and the function and I also enjoy being given a platform to do my own research for the project in progress

Pros: Great to work with project engineers
Cons: Working office based most of the time.Gives less exposure to one.

Engineering and Project Manager

LPG whole sale supply and installations thereof. Designing and Approving LPG bulk and domestic LPG installations. I conduct engineering and project manage these installations including engineering calculations. Ensuring it complies to the local and company group standards.

Being the only Bulk truck driver.

I've learned a lot about the product we work with at easigas, the LPGag. I love the way everyone gets involve in a working environment to show support to others like our HR who comes to listen to our needs and address is about everything that we need to do or to know as employees of Easigas. I love the unity we've built as employees. I love the big hearts of our management who discuss our complaints and hardships with us, even to advice us on what to do and what not to do.. My challenge is still with learning the product since it becomes a bit tricky to understand if you don't prepare yourself or regrettable moments.. There are also opportunities where anyone who wants to study within the field is able to alert the company so that he may his studies may be paid for by the company.

Pros: Further studying is free
Cons: Very observant when is comes to longer working hours. Only 2 extra hours recommend per day on top of 9 working hours per day

Exellent implemtation skills

Currently I travel quite a lot as a national manager. I am excellent in implementation of ISO standards. I have a passion for what I do, because each day is different and not routine work. I am an extrovert with an open personality, which make it easy to get along with all my co-workers.

Pros: Excellent company to work for.
Cons: Traveling a lot all over the country. Head office in Alberton which make it difficult with travelling.
