• Avian Operations I have twenty nine years’ experience in the poultry industries. I worked as a manager in the following divisions : Rearing, Broiler breeders and Broilers. Also as a production manager in those areas. For 5 years as a divisional manager, overseen avian operations. Broiler farms, company owned, contract growers, rearing, broiler breeders and second biggest hatchery is SA. Also 4 fully equipped maintenance teams to maintain the respective areas. Where the division was my responsibility to meet all company and breed KPI”s and standards. Did work close to human resources on all aspects of it. To maintain a healthy and committed workforce.
