Email end telephonic communication with clients. Servicing existing clients who had installations done, completed every 3/4/6 months Solving client queries Resolving client’s queries and issues within and about Guarantees and warrantees Walk in client’s sales or distributing information to a sales consulting Filling and admin Follow ups on leads and quotes Filling out Tender and Vendor documents Petti cash complete capturing Providing status updates on client problems and queries Generate reports to senior management Track team monthly installations and sales Follow up on complaints and queries from clients and staff. Dairy management of sales team, ensuring clients are diarized Stock Check Ensuring groceries and other product that are needed are stocked up, like Coffee, paper, Toner, PPE for installers Safety file organization for installations when needed Tender document completion

Good learning curve

Is has been challenging the first time when I joined the company.The most challenges I have came across is working on height.To work for eagle eye I list been a great learning curve . Being a supervisor is what I have become since I have started working even from my past companies I have worked for.

Pros: Good learnings curve
Cons: Long working hours sometimes
