Excellent working experience and development because of trainings provided

This was my first job I don't have any other job experience beside this one and I must say I love working fr this company it's just that as an HR student there are no growth opportunities for me as this is the school educational environment .

Pros: Weekly trainings provided
Cons: Limited promotions opportunities for a he student like me

Excellent experience in work place

As I have worked for my company for almost three years now I know the companies culture very well and I get along with the management very well hence they thought me a lot grit,the companies vision and mission, persistent and being humbled. My challenge working with the company is the stuff turn over it really affect me as I have to Learn different people, personalities every year, my challenge is having to deal with difficult customers but after all I enjoy my job a lot and I have learned a lot as this is my first job.

Pros: Great working hours
Cons: Limited chances for development or upskills
