I have leant a lot for both inbound and outbound.

i am a 23 year old male who has acquired his diploma in business management and willing to lean new things and to help the organization to achieve its goals and objectives. also willing to help those who are in need. i have also worked for a retailer for 2 months and 7 months in the call centre environment for both inbound and outbound calls , i can also work as an individual and in team to help the organization to achieve its goals and objectives .

Pros: No graet opportunity for promotion
Cons: 8-5 not long working hours

I have leant a lot for both inbound and outbound.

i have learn a lot when its comes to call centre environment i have lean many things i also want to help people who are in need , i willing to help the organization to achieve its goals and objectives . i have worked for both inbound and outbound i want to make a sound into the corporate world and i am ready to take on responsibilities and to make a mark into the corporate world.

Great place to learn

its a very big and good company to work for and provides great learner-ships for individuals. however chances of promotions from intern to permanent are not as expected

Excellent working environment

EOH is a great company to work for,the manangement is friendy and always willing to assist. Working in a big company like EOH I have learnt to work with different people,I learnt that we are all human beings and we have our differences we all make mistakes I dont have to take things personal have also learnt that if order for me to know how to do certain things correctly, I have to ask where I don't understand than making costly mistakes. What i enjoy most about my work is that when I have done my work properly my mananger gives me compliments and when I didnt do well he corrects me. The most challenging aspects is when I have to liaise with other departments who don't always have a sense of urgency

Excellent learning curve

The company I work for is a customer service call center and it is a great place to start working in to gain experience and also taught me of being a great team player.

Fair

As a starter a beginner within a company i have gained experience. I have learned so much wich i will use in corporate environment i am happy that u get to work with different people frm different backgrounds, tht can be a challange but u learn to adapt. The work pressure unites us to work as a team. All in all it really is a good package considering all the experience. The worst times are there and to see ur portential as an individual. Company has paved a good way ahead for me.
