Learning curve

Great people to work with learn a lot everyday about myself and others. A typical work day would be to helping other machanic out putting in parts, keeping the garage clean, making sure all tools are on their places and learning how to work with certain cars. I have learnt how cars work what to look out for , easy ways to fix a small problem, to budget with my small salary and to adapt to their way of thinking. I enjoy learning new skills, working with my hands and challenging my capabilities and meeting new people, and fixing all brands of cars and trucks even machinery. The salary is the biggest challenge as I can barely live on that money or move into my own place and I am 27 I need more money. The other things is we work until late not that I mind but not getting paid for overtime or weekends can be a challenge

Pros: New experiences
Cons: Not enough money to live on

Great experience

Working at E-Car for the past few months, I have gained a lot of experience. Though I've already had an admin backround, I learnt a lot more. I've learnt how to deal with clients in a professional way, both telephonically as well as face to face. Working at E-Car has been my stepping stone. I've learnt to spread my wings whilst being at thos company.

Pros: Great opportunity to gain experience
Cons: Working over time with no over time.
