Our manager at Momentum constantly encourages us to come up with new ways of resolving system and users' issues and requirements respectively. We constantly seek ways to best maximize our collaboration effort by up-skilling each other so that our clients need not wait for a particular person to solve their query. Constant learning and productivity form the basis of our service delivery. We usually celebrate project deployment by going out for lunch as a team.

Cons: Environments need to constantly be refreshed which slows down momentum at times
