Excellent learning curve and know how to motivate and train the staff. Working with the public and assisting them, is really enjoyable and has a lot of job satisfaction. Working to and from work, keeps a smile on your face. Working with the different racial groups in it self, is the biggest challenge as each has there own way of thinking.
