I was promised to fill a supervisor roll after 3 months which never happened.

Working extra hours

as working gard It was gooto be patient My day off and working extra hours Their policy is not good also like to work good with different people from diffren back ground Different cultures different languages it was a great job I did enjoy it

Great learning opportunity

At Dynamic Commodities people management is at the chore of the process . With so many people working in one department discipline , skills , management , trai nin g is of utmost importance to get and produce good qu uality product the people must be utilised properly. Training and retraining occurs every day so the people knows what the company requires what the customer specifications are on a daily basis. Daily auditing of the processes. Cleaning , hygiene , food safety , production processes etc . Monitoring and evaluating quality and production personnel . Disciplining when staffs not complying .

Pros: great opportunity to learn food manufacturing
Cons: too long working hours

Excellent experience

it was nice working there I learnt how to work independently, I worked nicely with other people, it was a good working experience, but the only working at your that's the mood killer for the Job
