I like to do some follow up on every task I am given to oversee that the task is accomplished without any interaptions. Further more to make sure the organization achieve its objectives at all cost.

Pros: Just add value to the company
Cons: Long hours if needs to be , in order to achieve the organization s objectives.

Competent rigger

Maintanance at the plant (replacing of pipes,motor,gear box,conveyer belts,conveyer Structure,installing of beam,pulling out the hoppers,iso mill maintanance,lifting tackle inspection and legal filling,removing of dump truck bowel,stripping of 9400 excavator and working on a pipe line project at open pit mining

Pros: great opportunity to work with LMI
Cons: long working hours and standby
