Good experience

A typical work day consist of designing function specification documents, which later gets to be drawn into test cases. Depending on what stage the Project is at; after test case completion then I get to be involved with System Testing. I have a good working relationship with my team members and co-workers.

The exposure to other facets of the business besides finance has been tremendous

Due to the size of the company, I got exposed to various parts of the business and this has led to tremendous growth. This also gave me the opportunity to be exposed to payroll and the operational side of the business

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: Static salary

I am a hardworking, self-motivated, responsible & trustworthily individual with excellent communication skills that enjoy meeting challenges & seeing them though while remaining confident & good humoured under pressure & is willing to learn, with a good basic education. I am an Individual who adapts well to new situations & has consistently worked effectively & takes pride in my work. I am also well organised & able to prioritise a busy workload to achieve targets & can work unsupervised or as a team member.

Pros: Each day is a new experience and there is always something to learn each day.
Cons: Long hours eg. Working weekends.
