Excellent learning curve for building up my career.
Its great working for my current organisation, i have learnt a lot and still got a lot to learn, its a perfect environment to work in that helps you grow, achieve and short or long term goals, i get along well with all my co workers we all get along well, i have learned to be listen accurately when people are speaking,i enjoy giving the best service to clients, there is noting challenging about my job, because any challenge set before anyone can be overcome.

It is a good learning experience, shows me alot of new challenges
I have a very good relationship with my Co workers. Our typical day at work is very busy. There is always clients coming in and we have a wide variety of cases that come in. ery busy day at work ationship with my Co workers.

Inservice trainee at Isegen Umgeni
A typical work day includes tasks given to me by my supervisor, such as calculations, drawings, administrative duties or working on projects such as an effluent treatment project. I had the opportunity to gain experience from all employees and departments at isegen, the operators, lab analyst and operators. I was able to understand the process of the plant, how lab samples were tested and how product was dispatched. There was always something new to learn.
Pros: I was able to complete all outcomes required and also had a good relationship with employees and was exposed to other departments other than just the plant
Cons: I would’ve liked to have been delegated with more tasks and responsibility
