Company restructuring and retrenching most of their staff and closing departments

Company is retrenching at the moment because of economic. Company was sold to French corporate company and the French do not understand the South African market and their style of business is more for the European. Market so they are not flexible in their working efficiency.... Denoting people and transferring them to other regions overnight without the thought of relocation cost and family disruptions. climate.

Not bad

Good staff and good management. Good staff members opportunities to grow is not limited everyone enjoyed qorking for dust a side. Free transport to work working long hours wI thought over time sometimes but all in all is a very good campany
