EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT GIVEN

DUROMED CC IS AND EXCELLENT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE VERY FAMILY ORIENTATED AND CARE DEEPLY ABOUT THEIR STAFF. IN THE 13 YEARS I WAS EMPLOYED THERE HAVE HAVE GONE FROM RECEPTION TO HAVING A TEAM OF THREE SALES REPS WHO REPORTED TO ME. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT OF MY JOB WAS HAVING TO TRAIN AND STUDY VERY HARD AND GO TO NUMEROUS CONFERENCES IN ORDER TO LEARN AND BE ABLE TO EXPLAIN TO CLIENTS HOW TO USE VARIOUS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT (MULTIPARAMENTER MONITORS, THEATRE TABLES, ORTHOPEDIC DRILLS ETC). AS THANKS TO THEIR STAFF WE WERE TAKEN ON VARIOUS TRIPS TO CAPE TOWN, ON CRUISES TO THE MOZAMBIQUE ISLAND TWICE, SKYDIVING, AND NUMEROUS LUNCHES AND OVER NIGHT STAYS.

Pros: EXCELLENT LEARNING ENVIRONMENT
Cons: NO PLACE TO MOVE UP IN THE COMPANY DUE TO ITS SIZE

Excellent

I have been with the company more than 2 years and have had a good relationship with whole team of the company, I have learned a lot and there is so much room for improvement and was given a chance to multi-task, I was given a chance to do invoicing while the person dealing with was on leave for a month, I have enjoy the fact that I was given an opportunity to engage to other department and learn, I honestly never find an difficulties and challenges it was a free spirited working company any thing you don't like and don't understand I was given a chance to speak and get assistance on it, we work like family I had all the support I needed.
