Excellent learning experience
We are very busy all day, and it calls for expertise in your job function, which is to creectly interpret parts and part numbers , correct pricing in a very proffessional and efficient manner, my relationship within the dealership with my co-workers is excellent asnd i treat everyone with respect. I have learnt from working at the largest Toyota Dealer in the southern hemisphere is that look after and be honest with your customers and they will support you to the fullest. i enjoy my working day to the best of my ability , and the most challenging aspect is when Toyota S.A cannot supply parts for certain vehicles and i have to liaze with the customers , showing empathy and compassion for the delay in them having to get their vehicle repaired.
Pros: great opportunity to learn if you are new in this market

Amazing challenge and experience
Doing all the work related to a credit controller including bringing maximum monies in and keeping bad debt to the minimum.My relationship with staff is business is business and I'm firm when it comes to the company affairs however I do have a good relation ship without compromising company needs and policies.The most challenging aspects of my work is ting to get monies in from debtors and many times it's a battle but i have learnt that if you are persistent it does have positive rewards.
Pros: Attention to detail and accuracy is very important.
Cons: Zero tolerance for mistakes from my seniors

Good communication
I enjoyed to work there and i had a great time with employees there,we respected each other.I gained an experience and the way you should behave in work place.Most thing that i learned is communication more especially with customers and with everyone.When its comes to work,i sometimes feel like crazy more especial when we have visitors while i have to do anything like cleaning toilets but then i managed because i had that passion and liked my job.
