Working at an NGO

Operates like a Corporate Company. All operations are above board, BBB-EE Compliant. It is a great place to learn as I personally developed vastly from the time I engaged here. I have become more mature. Great atmosphere. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Hours are great. Benefits are good NGO therefore lacks operational funds.. bonuses depended on operation of the Organisation for the financial year. Not much opportunity to grow. No overtime granted. Salary scales are lower than Corporate salary scales. People always available to assist when you are in need. Very busy.
