Doing engineering has taught me how to solve problems, how to think smart and to be organised

Being a trainee supervisor at Duraline has taught me lot of things, now I know how to react in critical conditions,I now understand public relations issues,I know how to handle unethically behaviour,I understand how to deal with machines and breakdowns,I know how important time keeping is.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: 10 hours

Excellent learning curve

Duraline is a company that it will teach you on how to over come pressure ,it has tought me how to reach targets under pressure ,to go extra mile for the product sakes , people are friendly and kind they give blood for the company's well being we would work 400 hours per month due to the crisis with one spirit and we will overcome the obstacles .

Pros: There is no opportunity for growth
Cons: Yes because the company is not so big we will have lots of orders that will require us to work almost every weekend

Maintenance Foreman, Control Systems Technician

In the mornings, I do toolbox talk with my team, get an understanding of the previous shift and challenges, have a great relationship with my team and other departments, attend production meetings, working for the company it’s quite challenging at the same time learning a lot to control and understand the company’s requirements and goals, challenges are having meetings all day, but it’s a learning curve to understand management requirements..

Pros: Great potential to turn the company to a Word Class Manufacturer
Cons: Lots of talk but no action
