I manage workers, do all shift reports and correspond to client's handovers.
I am a man that is always on attention to detail in everything I am doing. I am always willing to help and I am working hand in hand with my superiors to manage and oversee the staff and ensuring that the company is doing good.

Good communication skills
Am working for a logistics company which is very challenging. I work in-house with the client directly where I ship parcels to various destinations and track&trace them to make sure the customers receive their orders and on time. Client need to be given feedback daily and we sometimes face challenges where other customers didn't receive their stock due to delays and I have to calm down the client and make sure parcels reach the destination, after all deliveries client must get PODs&CODs as proof. I enjoy administrative work and I have gained experience in logistics/transportation.

Greet visitors appropriately Determine visitors needs in a professional manner Maintain visitors register Offer refreshments to visitors where appropriate Direct visitors to correct persons Ensure back up when absent from reception area Take minutes when necessary Taking a good passing of messages Do clerical work which would relate to: filing, faxing, email correspondence, sorting of post, maintaining of office stationery register -I work well with my co-workers. -I enjoy to speak to different kind of clients.

A good company with lot opportunities(learneships and bursaries)
I have grown business wise, I have learned to be responsible I have good work relationship with the fellow employess I deal with dispatching the shipment and the follow up of those shipment I book the collection and the deliverery What I like about Dsv,is that they cannot delay you in terms of your salary The challenges are I deal with difficult clients

Good for learning to deal with pressure
A busy typical work day. Great time with colleagues. I have learnt that I thrive under pressure and enjoy the pressure. The most challenging part is dealing with difficult clients and being able to assist them. Having a lot of emails to deal with in such a short amount of time and being able to finish it.
Pros: Teaches you a lot about the company
Cons: Growth is slow and pressure filled environment

Good at mastering activities and improving on systems.
I generally have good relationships with my co-workers, I am very friendly in nature. My skills would be as below. -Have good typing skills -Have knowledge of Microsoft programs -I know my way around office equipment. - The most challenging aspect of my job is getting supplier to adhere to requirements regarding the submission of their invoices, and then also communicating with people -I do enjoy keeping records and processing the work I do. -and a normal day at work is always busy, extra odd jobs coming to me, often unexpected things.
Pros: Job security is the best positive about the company,

Learnt alot in Transport n Logistics. Started as a mere admin ckerk
A great company to work for but i think i have reached my peak. Over 3 years in current position. Have grown substantially. 40 staff at one stage reporting into me. Learnt to work with so many personalities and cultures. Well rounded individual. Can work i dependantly or in a team. Gained alot of experience in Managing the biggest Branches data capture department and setting the bar for all Branches. Vast Property Management in my previous employment at JHI. Managed the biggest incoming producing portfolio at the time and this ranged from residential,commercial,industrial and retail properties.

Innovative
I am a fast learner who grab and memorise everything all in details and adapt to anything so fast. When coming to punctuality,flexibility and team work then that's my attribute.
