Good learning curve

I absolutely loved working for multichoice.. The environment was fun the training was so good n affective I was so confident wen I started on the floor.. The managers were so helpful and I appreciate meeting new customers evry day and also building relationships with regular customers.. I really enjoyed the option to work over time to make more money and improve stats

Dstv is a good company we insure dstv clients decoders Also I have learnt that insurance is important My relationship with my superior was good I enjoyed helping Dstv clients When customers cliam that they paid their account while not but at the end I was finding solution to help them

I am a hardworking person who believes in customer service

I am ahardworking boy, who needs lots of experience in the I.T Field. I believe in myself and I have assisted a lot of clients with their purchases on DSTV and payments

Pros: I believe in myself and I am hardworking and very loyal, I think I would really qualify to be in the I.T field

It was an excellent learning curve, having to finally do a job and having the experience to do it.

Company is great, love the atmosphere, the working hours, floor leadership is great, Had good relations with co-workers, learnt a great deal regarding how to treat customers, handle and resolve queries. Typical workday just to answer calls, resolve tech or billing queries, open new accounts, activate services. Or there's a technical error on the decoders or signal strength the customer gets that makes viewing impossible.. What is most challenging is when the system malfunctions or crashes.

Cons: Temp for longer than 1 year no promotion

Best company to work for, its young and vibrant, good work life balance promotions are rarely, nice perks and bonuses esty however due to unforeseen circumstances got retrenched work

Excellent

My work at dstv it's to make sure that the shop it's packed fully and clean.to make sure that there is no shortage of stock. To cashup the cashiers and do banking as well. I enjoy working with my team because we understand each other, sharing and caring each. The team that I work with they respect each other treat each other with dignity and respect and good communication as well.what I learn is when u work with people u must have spirit, sharing, listening to them so that u can have good communication and team work

I have been in the SDLC space for 12 years. as a Tester, Software Analyst, BA and Product Owner. I love projects and have experience in the field. My qualifications are ISTQB, IT Project Manager, Business Analysis. I am a 42 year old male and I respect people and embrace business Culture and its Goals. I adapt very quickly and not shy to ask for guidance where needed. Please consider my experience and my willingness to take on this role and learn what your organization has to offer.

Improving my intelligence of cooperate world

My working in my previous job taught me that work teaches you responsibility, and increases your knowledge of independance and also improves your skills. It taught me on how to be a team player and know the importance of coworkers. Also i have learned on how to deal with problems in a work place, to be punctual in all that i do. I enjoyed job description of everyday as i was not doing it for money but also for learning and contributing my efforts to the company.
