Excellent learning Curb

Mitigation of Driver Behaviour and Risk Management within Clients Fleets and organisations as a whole Started as Client Manager and was promoted to Product Manager within 4 months Solely Responsible for the DriveReport Product which the company decided to relaunch as it had not had a dedicated person actively managing it for 4 years – existing clients were not being visited. Dealing and interacting professionally daily with Senior Management at small, medium and large Blue Chip Corporate Companies.

Pros:  Created and launched an Agency Business Opportunity which was advertised in the YOU magazine – I am responsible for screening, signing up and training prospective agents. I dealt with Lawyers to draw up the Agency Contract.

Good Learning Curve

The company is a good learning curve, the management is a little old fashioned and in the engineering department they have a manager that is not friendly to people of colour.
