Excellent curve

Exciting times at work with colleagues from different paths which makes it interesting. Have a great relationship with my co-workers. Learned to do my job to my best ability and keep everything professional at all times.

Superior learning curve

my relationship with co-workers was excellent and i have learnt that the customer or visitors comes first when their at the reception area, i enjoyed working with lots and lots of people helping them over the phone and when they walk in,the challenge that i came across is when we were two it was hard for us to manage all the call coming through because it was a very busy reception or switchboard.

Pros: it was a good learning environment and it gives us the opportunity to go and learn outside about the work that we do in daily basis.
Cons: the hours are good 08:00 - 17:00

No organizational culture

long hours and no organizational culture . Good place to start learning in and start off career but not ideal for staying for long and growing in the company. They will promise you one thing i your interview but once you sign with them, things change and the perks tour promised are no longer given to you

Excellent lerning curve more expecially computer skills.

Esuring RMA notes are updated with the waybill number if couried back to client. Booking in/out of goods in warranty from customers. Maintain a high level of customer service always. Ensure proper fault reports are noted in the RMA notes. Inspect the goods for phyisical damage, fake ect before booking in. Report any damages to the supervisor. Ensure correct paperwork when stock is being moved to other areas. Ensure RMA,s are closed or resolved within the prescribed period. Ensure weekly stock takes carrie out for warehouse. Ensure all documents are filed correctly. Know the vendor return policies. Ensureing the procedures and policies of the department are being adhered too.

Pros: Great opportunities for promotion.
Cons: long working hours
