Stepping stone into the H.R Industry

The employer- employee relationship at my current company is amazing! Minimal supervision and everyone is hardworking and sets out to achieve their work goals and company targets. We all have developed and maintained valuable relations in and out of work and have mutual respect for each other. We share office space with our directors in an open plan office- which I found to be abit weird at first but later learnt that the aim was to eliminate barriers between junior staff and executives. I gain invaluable experience each day at work and would undoubtedly recommend my current employer to any worthy jobseeker and would forever be greatful for the opportunity they gave me when I was unable to obtain a job related to my H.R qualification. I would like to grow not just career wise but financially and personally as well to afford my own family, house, car, have medical aid, provident fund etc.

Pros: great staff compliment,work. ethics and culture
Cons: No basic company benefits eg. medical aid, provident fund, study assistance
