I have worked as Electrician for TFMC known as Bidvest FM for over 6 years. I was responsible for maintenances on the electrical equipment, installation and service on the standby generators, and repairs. Excellent customer service

It has its challenges like many other companies but my main highlight of working for this company is that you get to engage with people from different backgrounds and different levels, that is executives and non-executives and that you get to services those executives so it is up to you whether you want to make a good impression or not but I mostly make a good impression and make sure that I serve my clients to the best of my ability, with intergrity and honesty at most times

More opportunity of learning

It more electrical and we monitor the following thing eg BMS, PMS, UPS system, Chiller system and the relationship is good always. I am learning every day because of the system that we are using.

No bonuses

the atmosphere is very tid the management is very bossy and treat staff like kids.the environment is like the High school . tidy with the uniform althou it doent acomodate the whole season
