Passionate about dealing with patients

I love working with people and being able to help. This is not just a job, but a calling, a passion. I love talking to the patients, listening to their problems and trying to help them solve the problems by making appointment or passing the problem on to Dr. Nel. People call me to sometimes do the impossible, but I go the extra mile to try. I get along with anybody. For you to listen sometimes is all people need - just sympathy and a willing ear - especially with the older patients. Most challenging is not to get personally involved - just to be there when they have questions about major operations, etc.

Medical Receptionist / Administrator / Secretary

An amazing employer - amazing position - Busy practice with lots of calls, making appointments, answering e-mails, prepare and maintain files, seeing to patients, screening calls for Dr. Nel. Typing, scanning, reporting, filing Reporting blood results to patients Compassion in times of need

Pros: Amazing position with amazing people
Cons: No future - Dr. Nel is retiring
