I wish to apply for the role of Administrator, I need change and growth.

I'm a down to earth, humble and a leader. I always push my co-workers to the limit to reach targets always, they must aim for A's and fall for B's. My relationship with my co-workers is always great as i help individual if i see someone not performing well. I'm learning new things everyday, solving problems and mostly being patience with people. I enjoy new cases at work especially if i have a solution to it. Thank you.

Cons: I go extra mile, I dont have working hours as i work overtime but not for money but to reach target

Excellent learning curve.

Im a hardworker, Im good in communication, presentation, creativity, teamwork , management and leadership. I have learned to handle difficult people an situations. I excel in negotiation, organisation and multitasking, mentoring and learning new things everyday.

Pros: Getting a higher position would be my greatest opportunity
Cons: 9 hours
