Patients services is key

On daily basis i help and assist clients eg smsing,answering inbound and outbound calls,emailing ,appointment bookings,theatre case bookings,sending claims.Clients come in day after day i assist them.Customer service is key.Me and my colleagues work hand in hand because we work at two different hospitals you need to always be informed about new updates within the hospitals.I have learnt to always help to the best of my ability ,always welcome clients with a warm smile and good service so they wont be scared to approach you.Patients are delicate people you need to work fast in assisting them some are worse than other i try to help solve they problems.I would like to get a better intensives and salary than what i had for 4 years.

Pros: opportunity to grow as an individual
Cons: working on saturdays its a no
