Its a cold enviroment. Where staff are treated unfairly. Management has good relationship with head thus taking advantage of lower staff and victimise them should they want to speak for thier rights. Salary very less. Its short hours but hectic few hours of rush. Too many rules to suit management alone.

Cons: Salary too less. No growth
