Excellent learning curve

I work at a private GP Practice where we see up to 40 patients a day. My day consists of greeting patients with a frendly smile, taking out of folder making of folders when needed for new patient, answering phone lines, taking messages, making of appointments following up on medical aid benefits and payment, filling and cleaning of the office. We are two at the front desk and we deligate work obligations. I have learned a great deal of myself whilst working there things like I am more open to conversation attention to detail and it has done a lot for my self confidence too. I have had to struggle with very difficult and stobborn people but I have learned how to manage not only mine but other peoples tempers too.

Pros: Meeting and interacting with different people everyday. Meaning I'm growing my self confidence
Cons: No financial growth
