Excellent and exciting learning curve. I am a better person to who I was a year ago experience wise.

I have been working as an unskilled worker at my previous company for years. The current job has thought me a lot on clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper & electronic files or providing information to callers. My co-worker is an unselfish person, always ready and willing to help. I did not get any professional training on the current job but she brought me to speed on how things are done in the office. Interacting or mingling with different people from different background, putting a smile on someone's face because I have helped positively is what I enjoy. Hospital environment can be very stressing to both patients and their love ones. Communication, difficult patients and families, deaths of patients can be very challenging at times.

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: No bonuses, no benefits and the job is not permanent
